Description: It is used to clean dirt, oil and pulp that form on the surfaces of cooking vessels due to heat. It is suitable for use in all sectors that require heat treatment and cooking.

Usage: Cooking boilers and tanks are filled with hot water before washing and kept for 40-60 minutes according to aim of use. After waiting, it is drained so that 20kg of hot water remains. Add enough POLAKS PX-239 into hot water. During manual washing, foam is applied homogeneously to all surfaces using the brushing method and waited for 15-20 minutes. Rinsing is done with pressurized water (rottest). If there is no pressurized water, it is rinsed by scrubbing with a brush.

Product content: It contains alkaline structure, anti-corrosion, anionic surfactant, non-ionic surfactant, chelator, pH adjuster and deionized water.
